healthy raspberry jam is very simple to make at home.
Ingredients:
1. Raspberry – ½ kg.
2. Water – 2 cup
3. Sugar – 2 and half cup
4. Lemon juice or citric acid – ½ tsp.
Method:
1.
Wash raspberry and boil it.
2.
Then add sugar and lemon juice or citric acid. Cook
for some time.
3.
When jam is thick keep it aside.
4.
After some time pack it in airtight jar.
