Bread Bhurji is a tasty Indian food recipe that you can
make it home easily. It is a mixture of white bread slices and other
ingredients given below. If you have never tasted this yummy recipe then give

Ingredients:
1. Wheat bread slices – 10
2. Curd – 1 cup
3. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp.
4. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp.
5. Green chilli – 1
6. Sweet lime – 3 to 4 leaves
7. Crushed ginger – 1 tsp.
8. Finely chopped onion – ¼ cup
9. Oil – 2 tsp.
10. Salt to taste
11. Chopped coriander for garnishing
Method:
1. Take
one bowl and add curd, turmeric powder, salt, and 2 tbsp. water in it. Mix it
well.
2. Now
add bread slices and mix properly.
3. Heat
pan with adding oil in it and add cumin seeds, crushed ginger, green chilli,
onion, and sweet lime. Cook for a while.
4. When
onion is golden brown, add bread in it and cook on medium heat.
5. When
bread is slight brown, garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
