We generally choose tomato and hot & sour soups. However,
it’s fun trying different soup recipes. That is why I have posted this healthy
soup recipe of minty green pea. It is very easy to make at home.
Ingredients:
1. Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
2. Ginger & Chilli paste– 1 tsp.
3. Finely chopped onion – 1/8 cup
4. Chopped tomatoes – ¼ cup
5. Green peas – 1 cup
6. Mint leaves – ½ cup
7. Milk – 1 cup
8. Salt to taste
9. Black pepper powder to taste
Method:
1. Heat
nonstick pan with oil and add ginger & chilli paste and chopped onion. Cook
for a while.
2. Now
add mint leaves, tomatoes, green peas and 2 cup water in it. Boil it properly.
3. When
all ingredients are boiled, crush it in a mixture and prepare puree of it.
4. Add
puree in a bowl and mix milk, salt, and black pepper powder in it. Cook for 5
to 8 minutes.
5. When
soup is thick, garnish it with mint leaves.
