Tandoori aaloo is a delicious Indian food recipe. Have
you ever tasted it? Here I have posted recipe to make tandoori aaloo. It’s very
convenient and easy to make at home. Follow the instructions.
Ingredients:
1. Baby potatoes – 1 cup
2. Fresh cream – 1 tbsp.
3. Oil – 1 tbsp.
4. Dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi in Hindi) – ¼ tsp.
5. Salt to taste
For Paste:
1. Whole
dry chilies – 4
2. Garlic
cloves – 2
3. Piece
of ginger – 1
4. Coriander-cumin
seeds powder – 2 tsp.
5. Fresh
sprigs of coriander for garnishing
Method:
1. Heat
pan with oil and add all the ingredients of paste mentioned above. Mix it well
and cook for 1 minute.
2. Now
add boiled baby potatoes, fresh cream, and dried fenugreek leaves. Cook for 2
minutes.
3. When
all the ingredients are mixed properly, garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
