Besan (Chickpea Flour) laddu is one of my favorite
sweets! It’s so yummy and mouthwatering. Besan laddu is so easy to make at home
with just few artless steps! Here is the recipe to make besan laddu.
Ingredients:
1. Besan Flour (Chickpea Flour) – 100 gram
2. Powdered sugar – 100 gram
3. Ghee (Butter Oil) – 60 gram
4. Elchi powder (Cardamom) – ¼ tsp.
5. Saffron strands - 5
Method:
1. Add
powdered sugar and saffron strands in a bowl and mix well. Put it aside.
2. Heat
pan with ghee (Butter Oil) and add besan flour (chickpea flour) in it. Cook
till the flour becomes golden brown.
3. Then
add elchi powder (Cardamom powder). Mix well and put this mixture in a serving
plate.
4. Add
powdered sugar and saffron strands mixture in it and give it a shape of laddu
(Round Shape).
