One more Indian recipe to make your day lovely and tasty
too! Today I have posted a recipe to make delicious Paneer Makhmali. Here is a
recipe.
Ingredients:
- Paneer cubes – 3 cup
- Onion chopped – 1 cup
- Milk – ¼ cup
- Garam Masala – 1 and half tsp.
- Oil – 1 tsp.
For gravy:
- Finely chopped coriander – 2 cup
- Fresh mint leaves – ½ cup
- Green Chili – 2 to 3 pieces
- Ginger – 1 piece
- Cashews – ¼ cup
- Curd – ¼ cup
- Juice of lemon – 1 tbsp.
- Salt to taste
- Butter for garnishing
Method:
- Make holes in paneer cubes with the help of fork and add it in gravy. Leave it for 15 minutes.
- Take one nonstick pan and add oil in it. Add onion and cook it till it becomes slight pink.
- Now add paneer in it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Then add ¼ cup milk in it and cook for a while.
- Add garama masala in it and garnish with butter.
