Love to eat Manchurian? Here I have included a new recipe of
Manchurian with taste of soft and yummy paneer. Let’s make it by following some
simple steps.
Ingredients:
- Fresh paneer (Small chopped pieces) – 250 gram
- Corn flour – 3 tbsp.
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
- Green chilly paste – 1 tsp.
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Chopped capsicum – 2
- Chopped green onion – 1 bunch
- Soya sauce – 2 tbsp.
- Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp.
- Garlic paste – 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Oil as per requirement
- Water – 1 cup
Method:
- Take one bowl and add 2 tbsp. con flour, ginger-garlic paste, green chilly paste, salt, and half cup water. Make a thick mixture of it. Take out one tbsp. mixture in another small dish.
- Now, add paneer cubes in the thick mixture and mix well.
- Heat pan with 1 tbsp. oil. Now add paneer cubes in it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes till it becomes slight red.
- Put the roasted paneer cubes in a dish.
- Again, add 1 tbsp oil in pan and add green onion, capsicum, and green chilly paste in it and mix well.
- Then add Soya sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well and cook for 2 to 4 minutes.
- Now add that thick corn flour mixture, half cup water, and roasted paneer cubes in it. Mix well.
