Cheese and paneer fritters (Pakoda)



Yummy fritters are best to eat in monsoon. Hot and tasty fritters look mouthwatering! Here is the recipe to make cheese and paneer fritters.

Ingredients:

1.       Refined flour – 1 small bowl

2.       Corn flour – 1 tsp.

3.       Paneer – 2 tsp. (homemade)

4.       Cheese – 100 gram

5.       Green onion (with green portion) – 3 tsp. (small pieces)

6.       Chopped capsicum and coriander – 1 tsp. each

7.       Chopped green chilli – 1 tsp.

8.       Salt to taste

9.       Black pepper powder – half tsp.

10.   Red chilli sauce – half tsp.

11.   Little soda

12.   Oil to fry

Process to make cheese and paneer fritters:

1.       Combine corn flour and refined flour and add paneer in it.
2.       Add salt, black pepper powder, chilli, capsicum, coriander, green onion, and chilli sauce.
3.       Add water as per requirement and make loose mixture. Leave it as it is for half hour.
4.       Cut small pieces of cheese and then add it with soda in the mixture we made just now. Mix well.
5.       Heat pan with oil and make small fritters in oil. Stir it. When it becomes slight pink take it out from pan and put on paper napkin.

The yummy and crispy cheese and paneer fritters are ready to serve. Serve it with tomato ketchup.

Tomato gravy paneer



Here is the recipe to make tomato gravy paneer. Make tomato gravy paneer at home and enjoy eating this yummy dish with your family.

Ingredients:


1.       Tomato puree – 200 gram

2.       Paneer – 300 gram

3.       Onion – 2 pieces

4.       Garlic – 3 pieces

5.       Almond – 12 pieces

6.       Salt to taste

7.       Black pepper powder – ½ tsp.

8.       Butter – 2 tsp.

9.       Oil as per requirement

10.   Poppy seeds (khas-khas) – 1 tsp.

11.   Coriander leaves – 2 tsp.

Process to make tomato gravy paneer:

1.       Put poppy seeds and almonds in water and then crush it.
2.       Chop onion in small pieces and cook in butter till it becomes slight pink.
3.       Add almond and poppy seeds paste. Then add tomato puree with half cup water in it.
4.       Add salt and paneer in it and cook for 5 minutes.
5.       Transfer it in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
Tomato gravy paneer is ready to serve.

Tomato onion raita

Ingredients:


1.       Curd – 2 cup

2.       Chopped tomatoes – ½ cup

3.       Chopped onion – ½ cup

4.       Ginger – 1 tsp.

5.       Salt to taste

6.       Sugar – little

7.       Oil – 2 tsp.

8.       Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp.

9.       Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp.

10.   Green chilli – 1 piece

Process to make tomato and onion raita:

1.       Add tomatoes, onion, ginger, salt, and sugar in bowl. Mix well.
2.       Heat pan with oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and green chilli. Stir for 1 minute.
3.       Add gravy of tomato and onion we made just now.
4.       Add curd. Mix all the ingredients properly and serve it with chapatti.
