Paneer Manchurian



Love to eat Manchurian? Here I have included a new recipe of Manchurian with taste of soft and yummy paneer. Let’s make it by following some simple steps.

Ingredients:

  1. Fresh paneer (Small chopped pieces) – 250 gram
  2. Corn flour – 3 tbsp.
  3. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
  4. Green chilly paste – 1 tsp.
  5. Chopped Onion – 1
  6. Chopped capsicum – 2
  7. Chopped green onion – 1 bunch
  8. Soya sauce – 2 tbsp.
  9. Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp.
  10. Garlic paste – 3 cloves
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil as per requirement
  13. Water – 1 cup
Method:

  1. Take one bowl and add 2 tbsp. con flour, ginger-garlic paste, green chilly paste, salt, and half cup water. Make a thick mixture of it. Take out one tbsp. mixture in another small dish.
  2. Now, add paneer cubes in the thick mixture and mix well.
  3. Heat pan with 1 tbsp. oil. Now add paneer cubes in it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes till it becomes slight red.
  4. Put the roasted paneer cubes in a dish.
  5. Again, add 1 tbsp oil in pan and add green onion, capsicum, and green chilly paste in it and mix well.
  6. Then add Soya sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well and cook for 2 to 4 minutes.
  7. Now add that thick corn flour mixture, half cup water, and roasted paneer cubes in it. Mix well.

Paneer Makhmali



One more Indian recipe to make your day lovely and tasty too! Today I have posted a recipe to make delicious Paneer Makhmali. Here is a recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Paneer cubes – 3 cup
  2. Onion chopped – 1 cup
  3. Milk – ¼ cup
  4. Garam Masala – 1 and half tsp.
  5. Oil – 1 tsp.
For gravy:

  1. Finely chopped coriander – 2 cup
  2. Fresh mint leaves – ½ cup
  3. Green Chili – 2 to 3 pieces
  4. Ginger – 1 piece
  5. Cashews – ¼ cup
  6. Curd – ¼ cup
  7. Juice of lemon – 1 tbsp.
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Butter for garnishing
Method:

  1. Make holes in paneer cubes with the help of fork and add it in gravy. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. Take one nonstick pan and add oil in it. Add onion and cook it till it becomes slight pink.
  3. Now add paneer in it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Then add ¼ cup milk in it and cook for a while.
  5. Add garama masala in it and garnish with butter.
