Mango Pudding



Change your mood and taste with this yummy mango pudding. Here is the recipe!

Ingredients:


1.       Fresh milk – 400 mili.

2.       Ice water – 250 mili.

3.       Whipped cream – 250 gram

4.       Gelatin powder – 40 gram

5.       Thick mango juice – 300 gram

6.       Water – 300 mili.

7.       Butter – 20 gram

8.       Coconut powder – 200 gram

9.       Sugar – 200 gram

Method:

1.       Add gelatin powder, sugar, and water in one bowl. Boil it so sugar will be mixed in water properly.
2.       Add thick mango juice, ice water, milk, whipped cream, butter, and coconut powder in another bowl and mix the sugar water we made just now.
3.       Now give it a shape of your choice of mold and spread in it. Wait till the mixture is chilled.
4.       When pudding is chilled it is ready to serve!

Warm Farfalle Salad



Want to try something delicious and yummy? Well, I have a recipe of Warm Farfalle Salad which will change your mood and taste as well. Here is the recipe!

Ingredients:


1.       Farfalle pasta (Boiled) – 1 cup

2.       Olive oil – 3 tbsp.

3.       Boiled corn – 8 tbsp.

4.       Baby tomatoes – 20 tomatoes

5.       Pickled pitted green olive – 12 pieces

6.       Garlic – 1 tbsp.

7.       Chopped onion – 2 onions

8.       Holy Basil leaves – few

9.       Broccoli (Boiled) – 1

10.   Salt to taste

11.   Vinegar – 3 tbsp.

Method:

1.       Heat nonstick pan with oil and add boiled corn in it. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
2.       Make two pieces of baby tomatoes and olive oil.
3.       Add garlic and cook for a while. Then add tomatoes, olive oil, onion, and holy basil leaves in it. Mix well.
4.       Now add broccoli, oil, salt, and vinegar in farfalle pasta and mix it in the corn mixture.
5.       Mix it well so all the ingredients are properly assorted.

Your delicious warm farfalle salad is ready to serve!

Paneer Capsicum Sabzi



Try out this delicious Indian food item paneer capsicum sabzi today! Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Chopped paneer – 200 gram

2.       Green capsicum – 2

3.       Oil – 1 tbsp.

4.       Ginger – 1

5.       Garlic paste – 2 tsp.

6.       Chopped coriander – 1 tsp.

7.       Chili flakes – 1 tsp.

8.       Green chili – 2

9.       Chopped tomatoes – 2

10.   Chopped fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp.

11.   Salt to taste

12.   Lemon juice – 1 tsp.

13.   Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp.

Method:

1.       Heat pan with oil and add ginger, green chili, and garlic in it. Cook for 1 minute.
2.       Add chopped coriander, chili flakes, and green chili. Cook for some time.
3.       Now add tomatoes, capsicum, paneer, fenugreek leaves, and salt. Mix it well and cook for 1 minute.
4.       When all ingredients are mixed well, add lemon juice and coriander in it.

Serve hot! The tasty paneer capsicum sabzi is ready to eat!

Avocado French Fries

Ingredients:

1.       Chopped Avocado – 2

2.       Black pepper powder – 1 tsp.

3.       Refined flour – ¼ cup

4.       Bread crumbs – 1 and half cup

5.       Salt to taste

6.       Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp.

7.       Mustard sauce – 1 tbsp.

8.       Oil as per requirement

9.       Red chilli – 1

10.   Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.

Method:

1.       Gather avocado and salt in one bowl.
2.       Add salt in refined flour and prepare thick mixture of it. Mix avocado in it.
3.       Cover avocado with bread crumbs.
4.       Heat pan with oil and fry avocado till it becomes golden brown.
5.       Mix tomato ketchup, mustard sauce, and mayonnaise in one bowl and make sauce of it.
6.       Serve avocado when it is golden brown!

Baked Potato Salad



Try out this yummy and delicious baked potato salad today! Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Potatoes (chopped and frizzed) – 200 gram

2.       Mayonnaise – ¾ cup

3.       Olive oil – 2 tsp.

4.       Brown mustard paste – 1 tsp.

5.       Black pepper powder – ½ tsp.

6.       Chopped parsley for garnishing

7.       Salt to taste

 
Method:

1.       Preheat oven at 200 degree temperature.
2.       Take baking tray and place potatoes in it. Spread olive oil in potatoes and mix well. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
3.       Gather mayonnaise, brown mustard paste, black pepper powder, and salt in one bowl.
4.       Mix baked potatoes in it. Mix it well.
5.       Garnish the salad with chopped parsley and serve!
