Crispy Corn Cutlet

Have you ever tasted corn cutlets? It tastes so delicious and crispy! Yummy! Let’s make it today. Here is the recipe. 

Ingredients: 
 
Fresh corn – 8 to 10 pieces
Boiled potatoes – 4
Pieces of bread – as per requirement
Green chilies – 4
Fresh coriander leaves – as per requirement
Small piece of ginger
Salt to taste
Chili powder – half tsp.
Turmeric powder – Half tsp.
Oil to fry
Corn Flour – 400 gram
Method:

  1. Wash corn with fresh water and crush it.
  2. Mash boiled potatoes and put it aside. Add bread pieces in it and mix well.
  3. Add all ingredients in it. Now add finely chopped coriander leaves, ginger, and chili in it.
  4. After that, give it a round shape.
  5. Take one bowl and add corn flour in it. Now add water in it and make a thick mixture of it.
  6. Add salt and red chili powder in that mixture.
  7. Now heat pan with oil and deep fry round shaped cutlets.
  8. Your delicious and crispy corn cutlet is ready to serve! You can serve it with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
