Black Beans Burger

Try out this yummy and delicious black beans burger today and change your taste! Follow the recipe.

Ingredients:

1.       Burger bun – 4

2.       Big burger bun (make pieces of it) – 1

3.       Olive oil – 2 tbsp.

4.       Chopped garlic – 2 tsp.

5.       Black beans – 1 can

6.       Lime rind – 1 tbsp.

7.       Chilli powder – 3 to 4 tsp.

8.       Fresh oregano – ½ tbsp.

9.       Salt to taste

10.   Oil as per requirement

11.   Curd – ½ cup

12.   Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp.

13.   Tomato slices – 4 to 5

14.   Avocado slices – 1

15.   Finely chopped cabbage – 1 cup

Instructions:

1.       First of all to make crumbs, process bun slices in food processor for 4 times. Put it in bowl.
2.       Now add olive oil and beans in processor. Make thick paste of it.
3.       Take one bowl and add crumbs, lime rind, and all other ingredients in it. Add the paste in it as well. Mix well.
4.       Make tikki (patties) from this mixture.
5.       Now add some oil in pan to fry tikki.
6.       After that garnish bun with tomato sauce, tomato slice, patties, avocado slice and onion.

Your black beans burger is ready to serve!

Mint Lime Mojito

Refreshing mint lime mojito recipe is here!

Ingredients:

1.       Mint leaves – half cup

2.       Lemon – 9

3.       Brown sugar – 4 tbsp.

4.       Crushed ice – 2 cup

5.       Peppermint flavor candy – 10

6.       Juice of lemon – 2 cup

7.       Mint leaves – pair of 4 leaves

Instructions:

1.       Cut 8 lemons in 8 pieces.
2.       Put it in steel glass and add mint leaves and brown sugar as well. Crush it.
3.       Take 4 glasses and scrub lemon slices on the edges of glass. Dip it in crushed peppermint.
4.       Add crushed ice and 2 tbsp. crushed mint in each glass and add juice of lemon.
5.       Garnish glasses with fresh mint leaves and slice of lemon.

Serve chilled!

Chilli Coriander Fried Rice

A sizzling combination of chilli and fresh coriander leaves makes this rice a great treat! Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

1.       Chinese rice – 2 cup

2.       Chopped garlic cloves – 2 tsp.

3.       Long chopped green chilli – 1

4.       Chopped carrot – 1

5.       Fresh Green peas – half cup

6.       Capsicum – 1

7.       Green onion – 2

8.       Soy sauce – 1 tsp.

9.       Chopped fresh coriander – 2 tbsp.

10.   Oil – 1 tbsp.

11.   Salt to taste

12.   Water – 4 cup

Instructions:

1.       Heat non-stick pan and add oil on it. Add chopped garlic and onion in it.
2.       When onion and garlic is slight red, add long chopped green chilli in it and cook for 1 minute.
3.       Now add chopped carrot, capsicum, green peas, coriander, soy sauce, salt, and Chinese rice in it. Mix it well.
4.       Add 4 cup water in it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
5.       Serve hot when rice is cooked!

Walnut Pesto Pasta

Ingredients:


1.       Walnuts – 10 to 12

2.       Fresh basil leaves – 1 cup

3.       Boiled pasta – 200 gram

4.       Garlic cloves – 2 to 3

5.       Olive oil – 3 tbsp.

6.       Cheese – 50 gram

7.       Fresh cream – 2 tbsp.

8.       Salt to taste

9.       Black Pepper Powder to taste

Instructions:

1.       Crush basil leaves in mixture and add garlic cloves, walnuts, olive oil, and cheese in it. Mix well.
2.       Heat non-stick pan and add all these ingredients in it. Add pasta and half cup water in it. Mix well.
3.       Add 1 tbsp. olive oil in this mixture and mix properly.
4.       After that add fresh cream, salt, and black pepper powder in it.
5.       Mix it well and serve it hot in your serving bowl!

Thai Vegetables in Lettuce Leaf

Ingredients:

1.       Fresh spring onion (Diagonally Sliced) – 8

2.       Fresh Button Mushrooms (Thinly Sliced) – 8

3.       Zucchinis (Thinly Sliced) – 2

4.       Red Capsicum (Thin Strips) – 1

5.       Grated fresh carrot – 1

6.       Bean Sprouts – 1 cup

7.       Sugar – 1 tsp.

8.       Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.

9.       Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp.

10.   Sweet chilli sauce – 1 tsp.

11.   Roasted and crushed peanuts – ¼ cup

12.   Iceberg Lettuce – 8 leaves

13.   Salt to taste

Instructions:

1.       Gather spring onion, mushroom, zucchinis, red capsicum, carrot, and bean sprouts in a bowl. Mix it well.
2.       Now add salt, sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, and roasted & crushed peanuts in it. Mix it well.
3.       Then Shape each iceberg lettuce into a cup and add salad in it.
4.       It is ready to serve!
