Salads are always good for health. Here is the recipe for
you.
Ingredients:
1. Curd (remove water from curd) – ½ cup
2. Milk – 1 tsp.
3. Sugar – ½ tsp.
4. Salt to taste
Other ingredients:
1. Chopped cabbage – 2 cup
2. Grape slices – ¾ cup
3. Grated carrot – ¼ cup
4. Parsley – ½ tsp.
5. Salt to taste
Process to make
salad:
1.
Put cabbage in very chilled water for 10
minutes.

Gather all ingredients in one bowl and mix well.
3.
Add other ingredients in it and put it in fridge.
4.
When salad is chilled it is ready to serve!
