Tomatoes – 12
2. Chopped cabbage – 1 ½ cups
3. Salt to taste
4. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp.
5. Sugar – 2 tsp.
6. Coriander powder – 2 tsp.
7. Red chilli – 1 tsp.
8. Chopped coriander leaves – 4 tsp.
9. Oil – 2 tsp.
10. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Process to make
stuffed tomatoes
1.
Add salt in chopped cabbage and remove water
from it. Leave it for 10 minutes.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red
chilli, sugar, and chopped coriander leaves in it.

Remove upper layer of tomatoes and fill the mixture
of cabbage in it.

Take one pan and put little oil in it. Add the
stuffed tomatoes in it.
5.
Cover pan so tomatoes will bake properly and
leave it for 10 to 12 minutes till tomatoes becomes soft.
6.
When tomatoes are soft garnish it with coriander
leaves and serve!
