sabzi today! Here is the recipe.
1. Chopped paneer – 200 gram
2. Green capsicum – 2
3. Oil – 1 tbsp.
4. Ginger – 1
5. Garlic paste – 2 tsp.
6. Chopped coriander – 1 tsp.
7. Chili flakes – 1 tsp.
8. Green chili – 2
9. Chopped tomatoes – 2
10. Chopped fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp.
11. Salt to taste
12. Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
13. Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp.
Method:
1.
Heat pan with oil and add ginger, green chili,
and garlic in it. Cook for 1 minute.

Add chopped coriander, chili flakes, and green
chili. Cook for some time.
3.
Now add tomatoes, capsicum, paneer, fenugreek
leaves, and salt. Mix it well and cook for 1 minute.
4.
When all ingredients are mixed well, add lemon
juice and coriander in it.
