Ingredients:
1. White pea – Half cup
2. Black Chickpeas (kala chana) – Half cup
3. Rice flour – Half Cup
4. Green Chickpeas (Hara Chana) – Half cup
5. Coriander – 2 tsp.
6. Salt to taste
7. Red chilli – Half tsp.
8. Cumin seeds powder – Half tsp.
9. Oil to fry
Process to make
yummy sprouts cutlet

Chop coriander and put it one bowl.

Add white peas, black chickpeas, green
chickpeas, and salt. Mix it with the help of potato Masher.

Add red chilli and cumin seed powder in it and mix
well. Give it a shape of cutlet.
4.
Spread cutlets in rice flour and put it in
nonstick pan to fry. Do not take it out till cutlets become golden brown.
5.
When cutlet is golden brown from both sides then
it is ready to serve!
Serve this tasty and mouthwatering sprouts cutlet with
tomato sauce.
