Jam’’
Ingredients:
1. Carrot – half kg.
2. Sugar – 2 cup
3. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
4. Water – 2 and half cup
Method:
1. Chop
carrot with small pieces and boil it.
2. When
carrot is boiled add sugar and lemon juice in it. Cook for some time.
3. When
jam is set pack it in airtight jar.
The yummy carrot jam is ready to eat!
