Here is the recipe of pineapple jam that you can make it
home.
Ingredients:
1. Pineapple pieces – 250 gram
2. Sugar – 250 gram
3. Citric acid – ½ tsp.
4. Yellow color – ¼ tsp.
5. Water – 1 and half cup
Method:
1. Add
pineapple pieces in water. Boil it till 1 cup water is vapored.
2. Then
add sugar in it and boil.
3. Now
add citric acid and food colour. Cook till the jam is set.
4. When
citric acid and food colour is mixed pack it in a jar.
It is ready to eat!
