Pear and Almond Salad



Love trying different salad recipes. Today I have made this healthy salad recipe and thought you would also like to make it at your own. It’s very easy salad recipe to make at home.

Ingredients:


1.       Chopped pear – 2

2.       Almonds – 5 to 6

3.       Finely chopped onion – 2

4.       Oil – 1 tbsp.

5.       Salt to taste

6.       Sugar – 4 tsp.

7.       Chopped red capsicum – 1

8.       Chopped green capsicum – 1

9.       Garlic cloves – 1

10.   Olive oil – 1 tbsp.

11.   Broccoli – 1

12.   Crushed red chilli – ¼ tsp.

13.   Oregano to taste

14.   Cabbage leaves – 5 to 6

15.   Green olive – 7 to 8

16.   Black olive – 7 to 8

Method:

1.       Heat pan with oil and add chopped onion, salt, sugar, and pear. Mix well and cook for a while.
2.       Add some water in pear and cook.
3.       Add almonds, garlic, olive oil, and salt in pear and grind it.
4.       Take another pan and add some water in it. After 2 or 3 minutes add salt, and broccoli in it. Boil it and wash with cold water.
5.       Add the pear mixture in a bowl and mix it with crushed red chilli and oregano. Mix well.
6.       Now spread cabbage leaves in another bowl and add red capsicum, green capsicum, green olives, black olives, and broccoli & pear dressing in it.
