Vegetable Pancake



Have you ever tried to make vegetable pancakes? No? It’s very easy to make at home. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Refined flour – 3 tbsp.
2.       Corn flour – 2 tbsp.
3.       Rice flour – 3 tbsp.
4.       Baking powder – 1 tbsp.
5.       Finely chopped potato (Small Pieces) – 1

6.       Chopped carrot (Small pieces) – 1
7.       Finely chopped onion – 2
8.       Cumin seeds powder – ½ tbsp.
9.       Red chili powder – 1 tsp.
10.   Turmeric powder – 1 tsp.
11.   Finely chopped green onion – 2
12.   Juice of lemon – 1
13.   Oil as per requirement
14.   Water as per requirement
15.   Salt to taste

Method:

1.       Gather all the ingredients in bowl and add water in it. Mix well and prepare flour to make pancakes. Put it aside for 10 minutes.
2.       Heat pan with oil and add the mixture in round shape.
3.       Cook for a while.
4.       When pancake is cooked properly it is ready to eat!
