Paneer Makhmali



One more Indian recipe to make your day lovely and tasty too! Today I have posted a recipe to make delicious Paneer Makhmali. Here is a recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Paneer cubes – 3 cup
  2. Onion chopped – 1 cup
  3. Milk – ¼ cup
  4. Garam Masala – 1 and half tsp.
  5. Oil – 1 tsp.
For gravy:

  1. Finely chopped coriander – 2 cup
  2. Fresh mint leaves – ½ cup
  3. Green Chili – 2 to 3 pieces
  4. Ginger – 1 piece
  5. Cashews – ¼ cup
  6. Curd – ¼ cup
  7. Juice of lemon – 1 tbsp.
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Butter for garnishing
Method:

  1. Make holes in paneer cubes with the help of fork and add it in gravy. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. Take one nonstick pan and add oil in it. Add onion and cook it till it becomes slight pink.
  3. Now add paneer in it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Then add ¼ cup milk in it and cook for a while.
  5. Add garama masala in it and garnish with butter.
