Mushroom cheese paratha



Yummy and delicious mushroom cheese paratha! Here is the recipe for you.

Ingredients:


1.       Mushrooms – 6

2.       Chopped onion – 1

3.       Grated cheese – 10 gram

4.       Red chilli powder – 1 tsp.

5.       Wheat flour – 2 cup

6.       Oil – 1 tsp.

7.       Butter milk (Ghee) – 1 tsp.

8.       Water as per requirement

Process to make this yummy paratha

1.       Add wheat flour in big bowl and make soft flour by adding water.
2.       Take one pan and add little oil in it. Then add onion till it becomes slight red.
3.       After that add mushroom and salt and bake it for 5 minutes.
4.       Now add grated cheese and red chilli powder and bake it for 2 minutes. Take it away from gas and put the mixture aside for some time.
5.       Now make small balls from wheat flour. Make hole in balls and add one spoon mixture we made. Seal it by flour properly.
6.       Now make paratha of it. Put pan on gas and little oil as well. Prepare paratha nicely with the help of oil or ghee (Butter Milk).
7.       Serve hot with curd or chutney!

Potato and Apple Salad



Another salad recipe is here for you!  Majority people prefer to eat salad as it is very good for your health. Here is the recipe to make potato and apple salad.

Ingredients:


1.       Boiled potatoes – 2

2.       Cabbage – 1 to 2 leaves

3.       Cucumber – 1

4.       Apple – 2

5.       Corn – ¾ cup

6.       Chopped cabbage – ¾ cup

7.       Spring onion for garnishing

8.       French dressing for garnishing

Method to make potato and apple salad

1.       Cut potatoes in long pieces.
2.       Chop apple, cucumber, and cabbage.
3.       Add apple, potatoes, cucumber, and corn in one bowl.
4.       Add leaves of cabbage in serving plate and add mixture of apple in it. Put it in fridge.
5.       Garnish it with French dressing and spring onion when you serve.

Yummy potato and apple salad is ready to eat.

Stuffed potatoes (Aaloo)



Hello everyone, today we will learn to make stuffed potatoes (Aaloo). Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Small potatoes – 500 gram

2.       Spinach leaves – 10

3.       Chopped coriander leaves – 4 tsp.

4.       Mint leaves – 3 tsp.

5.       Homemade paneer – 1 tsp.

6.       Salt to taste

7.       Turmeric powder to taste

8.       Mixed ginger and chilli – 2 tsp.

9.       Bay leafs (tej patta) – 2 pieces

10.   Cloves – 3

11.   Sesame (til) – 1 tsp.

12.   Sugar – ½ tsp.

13.   Lemon juice – 1 tsp.

14.   Baking soda to taste

15.   Oil to fry – 2 tsp.

16.   Asafetida (hing) to taste

How you will make it?

1.       Removes peel of potatoes and cut it vertically and horizontally. Add salt and baking soda in it and leave for some time.
2.       Wash spinach with fresh water. Remove water from it. Let it dry and then chop it in very small pieces. Add chopped coriander leaves and chopped mint leaves in it.
3.       Make mixture of cloves and bay leafs properly. Add all the suggested ingredients in it and add this mixture in spinach mixture.
4.       Mix it properly by making filling of it. Then add this filling in potatoes.
5.       Add little oil to pan and then add asafetida (hing) with it. Add potatoes in it. Stir for few minutes to bake. Spread little water on it and let it bake.
6.       After sometime again spread little water on potatoes and let it bake. Stir carefully.
7.       When potatoes are baked completely take it out and put it in bowl.

Your tasty stuffed potatoes are ready to serve! Enjoy eating.

Cabbage and grapes salad



Salads are always good for health. Here is the recipe for you.

Ingredients:


1.       Curd (remove water from curd) – ½ cup

2.       Milk – 1 tsp.

3.       Sugar – ½ tsp.

4.       Salt to taste



Other ingredients:

 

1.       Chopped cabbage – 2 cup

2.       Grape slices – ¾ cup

3.       Grated carrot – ¼ cup

4.       Parsley – ½ tsp.

5.       Salt to taste

Process to make salad:

1.       Put cabbage in very chilled water for 10 minutes.
2.       Gather all ingredients in one bowl and mix well.
3.       Add other ingredients in it and put it in fridge.
4.       When salad is chilled it is ready to serve!

Stuffed tomatoes



Yummy stuffed tomatoes! Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

1.       Tomatoes – 12

2.       Chopped cabbage – 1 ½ cups

3.       Salt to taste

4.       Turmeric powder – ½ tsp.

5.       Sugar – 2 tsp.

6.       Coriander powder – 2 tsp.

7.       Red chilli – 1 tsp.

8.       Chopped coriander leaves – 4 tsp.

9.       Oil – 2 tsp.

10.   Coriander leaves for garnishing

Process to make stuffed tomatoes

1.       Add salt in chopped cabbage and remove water from it. Leave it for 10 minutes.
2.       Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli, sugar, and chopped coriander leaves in it.
3.       Remove upper layer of tomatoes and fill the mixture of cabbage in it.
4.       Take one pan and put little oil in it. Add the stuffed tomatoes in it.
5.       Cover pan so tomatoes will bake properly and leave it for 10 to 12 minutes till tomatoes becomes soft.
6.       When tomatoes are soft garnish it with coriander leaves and serve!
