Beetroot Salad

Ingredients:

1.       Boiled beet – 2
2.       Finely chopped Green onion – 1
3.       Chopped onion – 3 tbsp.
4.       Green chilli – 1 tsp.
5.       Chopped tomatoes – 2
6.       Chopped mint leaves – 1 tbsp.
7.       Juice of lemon – 1 tbsp.
8.       Salt to taste
9.       Black pepper powder to taste
10.   Olive oil – 1 tsp.
11.   Fresh sprigs of coriander to garnish

Method:

1.       Take bowl and add green onion, onion, green chili, tomatoes, mint leaves, and juice of lemon. Mix all ingredients well.
2.       Now add salt, black pepper powder, olive oil, and beetroot in it. Mix well.
3.       Garnish beetroot salad with fresh coriander leaves.
