Ingredients:
1. Mixed
Sprouts – 1 cup
2. Fresh
sprigs of coriander – ½ cup
3. Green
chilli – 1 and half tbsp.
4. Chopped
carrot – ½ cup
5. Chopped
onion – 1 small cup
6. Juice
of lemon – 1 and half tsp.
7. Salt
to taste
8. Black
pepper powder to taste
9. Coriander
leaves to garnish
Method:
1. Add
3 cup water and mixed sprouts in cooker and boil it.
2. After
some time mix sprouts with other ingredients. Mix well.
3. Garnish
your Indian mixed sprouts salad with fresh coriander leaves.
