Make tasty and delicious tandoori mushroom



Today we will learn to make tandoori mushroom. Isn’t it mouthwatering? Enjoy making this tasty dish at home and add more taste in your lunch or dinner. Here is the recipe of it.

Ingredients:


1.       Mushroom – 300 grams

2.       Milk – ½ cup

3.       Corn flour – ½ tbsp.

4.       Kasuri methi – ½ tbsp.

5.       Curd – ¼ cup

6.       Salt – as per requirement

7.       Red chili – 4 pieces

8.       Garlic – 4 pieces

9.       Ginger – 1 inch piece

10.   Coriander cumin (dhana jeeru) – 2 tbsp.

How to make this tasty tandoori mushroom?

1.       Wash mushrooms.
2.       Add corn flour in milk and mix it well.
3.       Take nonstick pan with little oil in it then add red chili, garlic, ginger, coriander cumin (dhana jeeru), and kasuri methi in it. Pour little water on it and bake it for 1 minute.
4.       After that add mushroom, corn flour and milk mixture, curd, and salt in it and bake for 4 to 5 minutes.
5.       When it is boiled properly your dish is ready to serve!
