Strawberry jam



Do you know how to make strawberry jam? Here is the recipe for you.

Ingredients:


1.       Strawberry – 1 ½ kg.

2.       Sugar – 4 cups

3.       Citric acid – 1 tsp.

 
Process to make Strawberry jam:

1.       Removes leaves of strawberry and wash it properly.
2.       Put strawberries in heavy pan and boil it.
3.       After strawberry is boiled crush it and add sugar & citric acid. Mix it well.
4.       Let the sugar melted and when the jam is set you can put it in airtight jar.

Your strawberry jam is ready to eat.

(Note: Citric acid is not harmful for your health. It is added in food to make its taste better.)

Spicy chili potato



Spicy chili potatoes! Yumm…here is the recipe to make this yummy dish at home. Best dish especially for the people who love spicy food items.

Ingredients:


1.       Potato slices – 5

2.       Corn flour – 2 tbsp.

3.       Onion slices – 2

4.       Chopped capsicum – 1

5.       Chopped garlic – 6 pieces

6.       Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp.

7.       Salt as per requirement

8.       Green chili slices – 4

9.       Green chili sauce – 1 tbsp.

10.   Soya sauce – 1 tbsp.

11.   Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp.

12.   Chili vinegar – 1 tbsp.

13.   Oil as per requirement

14.   Water as per requirement

How to make this dish?

1.       Make 5 slices of potato and put it in salty water for 5 minute.
2.       Add water in corn flour and make mixture.
3.       Add oil in pan.
4.       Now take out potato slice from water and put it in corn flour mixture. After that fry it.
5.       Put all the fried potato slices aside.
6.       Now again put little oil in pan and add garlic and onion slices in it to fry. Then add capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, and slat in it and leave it for 3 minutes.
7.       Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, green chili sauce, and chili vinegar in it.
8.       Then add fried potato slices in this sauce mixture and leave it for 5 minutes.
9.       Your yummy and spicy chili potatoes are ready to serve!

Serve it with tomato sauce.

Cheesy corn stuffed jacket potatoes



The yummy and mouthwatering cheesy corn stuffed jacket potatoes recipe…:)

Ingredients:
1.       Boiled potatoes – 3

2.       Salt – as per requirement

3.       Parsley (ajma) – 1 tbsp.

4.       Cherry tomato – 3

For filling:

1.       Sweet corn – ½ cup

2.       Capsicum – ½ cup

3.       Celery seeds – 1 tbsp.

4.       Garlic – 2

5.       Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup

6.       Fresh cream – 1 tbsp.

7.       Butter – 1 tbsp.

8.       Salt – as per requirement

Method to make this yummy dish:

1.       To make filling add little butter in pan and fry garlic in it.
2.       Then add sweet corn, capsicum, and celery in it and stir it for 2 minutes.
3.       Now add cheese, fresh cream, and salt in it and mix well. Put it aside.
4.       After that cut potatoes half in two equal parts.
5.       Add salt in potatoes and then fill mixture we made.
6.       Put it in preheat oven at 200 degree for 4 to 5 minutes or till cheese is melted.
7.       Take it out from oven and garnish it with cherry tomato and parsley.

Your delicious cheesy corn stuffed jacket potatoes are ready to serve!

Colorful rice with green curd



Learn to make colorful rice with green curd at your home and enjoy with your family & friends!

Ingredients:


1.       Rice (raw) – 1 small bowl

2.       Red, yellow, and green capsicum – 1 each

3.       Green onion – 1

4.       Salt as per requirement

5.       Green chili – 1

6.       Cloves (laung) – 2

7.       Bay leaf (Tej patta) – 1

8.       Ghee (butter milk) – 1 tbsp.

9.       Oil – 1 tbsp.

10.   Grated copra (dried meat of coconut) – 1 tbsp.

11.   Curd – 1 small bowl

12.   Green chutney (made of coriander and green chili) – 1 tbsp.
13.   Ginger paste – ½ tbsp.

How to make this tasty colorful rice with green curd?

1.       Wash rice (raw) with water and leave it for 1 hour. Add salt and boil it.
2.       Cut long pieces of red, yellow, and green capsicums.
3.       Chop green onion with small pieces.
4.       Add oil and ghee (butter milk) in pan when it is hot add bay leaf (tej patta), capsicums, and green onion it and stir.
5.       Add ginger paste in it and chopped green chili.
6.       Stir it fro few minutes and then add boiled rice and grated copra (dried meat of coconut) in it and mix well.
7.       Remove bay leafs from the rice and put rice in a bowl.
8.       Stir curd and add salt and green chutney in it. Mix it well.

Serve green curd with rice.
