Pear and Almond Salad



Love trying different salad recipes. Today I have made this healthy salad recipe and thought you would also like to make it at your own. It’s very easy salad recipe to make at home.

Ingredients:


1.       Chopped pear – 2

2.       Almonds – 5 to 6

3.       Finely chopped onion – 2

4.       Oil – 1 tbsp.

5.       Salt to taste

6.       Sugar – 4 tsp.

7.       Chopped red capsicum – 1

8.       Chopped green capsicum – 1

9.       Garlic cloves – 1

10.   Olive oil – 1 tbsp.

11.   Broccoli – 1

12.   Crushed red chilli – ¼ tsp.

13.   Oregano to taste

14.   Cabbage leaves – 5 to 6

15.   Green olive – 7 to 8

16.   Black olive – 7 to 8

Method:

1.       Heat pan with oil and add chopped onion, salt, sugar, and pear. Mix well and cook for a while.
2.       Add some water in pear and cook.
3.       Add almonds, garlic, olive oil, and salt in pear and grind it.
4.       Take another pan and add some water in it. After 2 or 3 minutes add salt, and broccoli in it. Boil it and wash with cold water.
5.       Add the pear mixture in a bowl and mix it with crushed red chilli and oregano. Mix well.
6.       Now spread cabbage leaves in another bowl and add red capsicum, green capsicum, green olives, black olives, and broccoli & pear dressing in it.

Indian Mixed Sprouts Salad



Why eat sprouts? I will give you 5 strong reasons to eat sprouts. Sprouts are rich in vital nutrients, great source of enzymes, high in protein, easy to digest, and perfect for weight loss.

Now what would you say about it? You should eat it or not? :) Well, here I have posted an Indian mixed sprouts salad recipe for you. You can make this Indian mixed sprouts salad recipe easily at home.

Ingredients:

1.       Mixed Sprouts – 1 cup
2.       Fresh sprigs of coriander – ½ cup
3.       Green chilli – 1 and half tbsp.
4.       Chopped carrot – ½ cup
5.       Chopped onion – 1 small cup
6.       Juice of lemon – 1 and half tsp.
7.       Salt to taste
8.       Black pepper powder to taste
9.       Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:

1.       Add 3 cup water and mixed sprouts in cooker and boil it.
2.       After some time mix sprouts with other ingredients. Mix well.
3.       Garnish your Indian mixed sprouts salad with fresh coriander leaves.

7.       Juice of lemon – 1 tbsp.
8.       Salt to taste
9.       Black pepper powder to taste
10.   Olive oil – 1 tsp.
11.   Fresh sprigs of coriander to garnish

Method:

1.       Take bowl and add green onion, onion, green chili, tomatoes, mint leaves, and juice of lemon. Mix all ingredients well.
2.       Now add salt, black pepper powder, olive oil, and beetroot in it. Mix well.
3.       Garnish beetroot salad with fresh coriander leaves.

Noodles Salad with Salsa


I love trying different recipes of salads. Salad is always good for health. Here is the recipe to make noodles salad with salsa. Follow the recipe to make it at home :)

Ingredients:

1.       Noodles - 1 cup
2.       Boiled Corn seeds - 1/2 cup
3.       Tomatoes - 1
4.       Capsicum - 1
5.       Green onion - 1
6.       Olives - 3 to 4
7.       Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
8.       Salt to taste
For Salsa:
  1. Fresh finely chopped tomatoes - 1 cup
  2. Spring onion - 1
  3. Capsicum - 1 tbsp.
  4. Finely chopped coriander - 2 tbsp.
  5. Green chili paste - 1 tbsp.
  6. Fresh oregano - 1/4 tsp.
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Stuffed olives - 5 to 6
  9. Nachos chips to garnish
Method:
  1. Gather all ingredients of salsa and mix carefully.
  2. Mix all ingredients of noodles salad as well.
  3. Now put it in fridge for some time.
  4. Add salsa mixture in it at the time of serving.
  5. Garnish it with nachos chips when it is chilled.
