Green Tomato Jam

Have you ever tested green tomato jam? Not yet? Try it...it tastes good. Here is the recipe to make green tomato jam.

Ingredients:

  1. Green tomatoes - 1 Kg.
  2. Sugar - 750 Gram
  3. Juice of lemon - 4 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Wash green tomatoes with fresh water and boil it.
  2. Add sugar in boiled tomatoes and keep it aside for 12 hours.
  3. Cook it for 30 minutes on next day.
  4. Stir it slowly for best results.
  5. Pack it in airtight jar when jam is set.

You can serve this yummy green tomato jam on next day. You may also like this fruit jam recipes.

Carrot Jam



Hello friends! Another recipe of jam is here. ‘’Carrot Jam’’

Ingredients:


1.       Carrot – half kg.

2.       Sugar – 2 cup

3.       Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.

4.       Water – 2 and half cup

Method:

1.       Chop carrot with small pieces and boil it.
2.       When carrot is boiled add sugar and lemon juice in it. Cook for some time.
3.       When jam is set pack it in airtight jar.

The yummy carrot jam is ready to eat!

Pineapple Jam



Here is the recipe of pineapple jam that you can make it home.

Ingredients:


1.       Pineapple pieces – 250 gram

2.       Sugar – 250 gram

3.       Citric acid – ½ tsp.

4.       Yellow color – ¼ tsp.

5.       Water – 1 and half cup

Method:

1.       Add pineapple pieces in water. Boil it till 1 cup water is vapored.
2.       Then add sugar in it and boil.
3.       Now add citric acid and food colour. Cook till the jam is set.
4.       When citric acid and food colour is mixed pack it in a jar.

It is ready to eat!

Apple Jam

Ingredients:


1.       Apple – 1 kg.

2.       Water – 2 cup

3.       Sugar – 750 gram

4.       Lemon juice – 2 tsp.

3.       When jam is set keep it aside for some time.

3.       Now add citric acid in it and cook till the jam is set.
4.       When jam is set add yellow and orange colour in it. Cook for 1 minute.
5.       Pack the jam in airtight jar.
