Walnut Muffins



Try out this tasty walnut muffin today and have fun with your family. It’s easy to make at home! You can easily make delicious food at home.

Ingredients:


1.       Refined flour – 1 cup

2.       Milk – 1 cup

3.       Butter – 2 and half tsp.

4.       Oil – 1 tbsp.

5.       Sugar – ¼ cup

6.       Baking soda – ½ tsp.

7.       Baking powder – ½ tsp.

8.       Walnut – 3 tbsp. (crushed)

9.       Vanilla essence – ½ tsp.

Method:

1.       Mix refined flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl.
2.       Add melted butter in it.
3.       Now add sugar, oil, and milk in it. Stir for 10 minutes so it gets mixed properly.
4.       Add crushed walnut and vanilla essence in it and mix well.
5.       Spread oil in muffin pan and transfer the mixture in it we made just now.
6.       Heat oven at 180 degree and bake muffins for 20 to 25 minutes.

And your walnut muffins are ready to eat! Yummy food :)

Vegetable Pancake



Have you ever tried to make vegetable pancakes? No? It’s very easy to make at home. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Refined flour – 3 tbsp.
2.       Corn flour – 2 tbsp.
3.       Rice flour – 3 tbsp.
4.       Baking powder – 1 tbsp.
5.       Finely chopped potato (Small Pieces) – 1

6.       Chopped carrot (Small pieces) – 1
7.       Finely chopped onion – 2
8.       Cumin seeds powder – ½ tbsp.
9.       Red chili powder – 1 tsp.
10.   Turmeric powder – 1 tsp.
11.   Finely chopped green onion – 2
12.   Juice of lemon – 1
13.   Oil as per requirement
14.   Water as per requirement
15.   Salt to taste

Method:

1.       Gather all the ingredients in bowl and add water in it. Mix well and prepare flour to make pancakes. Put it aside for 10 minutes.
2.       Heat pan with oil and add the mixture in round shape.
3.       Cook for a while.
4.       When pancake is cooked properly it is ready to eat!

Coconut Pancake



Have you ever made coconut pancake at home? Not yet? Then here is the easy to make recipe of it. Follow the instructions.

Ingredients:


1.       Grated fresh coconut – 1

2.       Refined flour – 2 cup

3.       Coconut water – 1 cup

4.       Coconut milk – 1 cup

5.       Sugar – 2 tbsp.

6.       Vanilla essence – 2 drops

7.       Baking soda – 1 tsp.

8.       Salt to taste

Method:

1.       Take a bowl and gather grated coconut, refined flour, sugar, and baking soda. Mix it well and then add vanilla essence and salt.
2.       Now add coconut milk and coconut water in this mixture.
3.       Heat pan and add butter on it. Put it aside when it is melted.
4.       After that, spread butter on the pan and put the mixture we made on pan. Spread it in round shape.
5.       Cook it with butter for some time.

Ginger Pancake



Want to eat something sweet and delicious? Here is the recipe to make Ginger Pancake.

Ingredients:


1.       Refined flour – 2 cup

2.       Sugar – 1 cup

3.       Baking soda – ½ tsp.

4.       Baking powder – 2 tbsp.

5.       Bay leaf powder – 1 tsp.

6.       Crushed Ginger – 2 tsp.

7.       Nutmeg (Jayfal in Hindi) – ½ tsp.

8.       Cloves – 3 pieces

9.       Salt to taste

10.   Milk – 1 cup

11.   Curd – 2 cup

12.   Molasses (Treacle) – 2 tbsp.

13.   Butter – 2 tbsp.

14.   Oil as per requirement

15.   Dry grapes (Raisins) and Cherry for garnishing

Method to make Ginger Pancake:

1.       Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, bay leaf powder, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in one bowl and mix well.
2.       Take another bowl and mix milk and molasses in it.
3.       Now mix mixture of both the bowls properly and make a mixture that you can spread on nonstick easily. Put it in room temperature for 15 minutes.
4.       Now heat nonstick and spread the mixture on it. Cook from both the sides. Don’t forget to spread oil on both sides.
5.       Garnish the ginger Pancake with cherry and dry grapes or any other pieces of fruits.

It is healthy and so yummy!

Yummy Chocolate cake



Chocolate cake is the favorite of all including children and elder people. Make chocolate cake this Christmas and make your children and family happy. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Wheat flour – 225 gram

2.       Caster sugar – 350 gram

3.       Coco powder – 80 gram

4.       Baking powder – 1 ½ tbsp.

5.       Baking soda – 1 ½ tbsp.

6.       Milk – 250 ml

7.       Vegetable oil – 125 ml

8.       Vanilla essence – 2 tbsp.

9.       Hot water – 250 ml



For chocolate icing:

 

1.       Plain chocolate – 200 gram

2.       Double cream – 200 gram

3.       Chocolate chips – 1 tbsp.

4.       Chocolates bar – 3 to 4

How to make chocolate cake?

1.       Preheat oven at 180 degree.
2.       Except hot water and icing ingredients, mix all the ingredients of cake and mix it well till it becomes soft.
3.       After that add hot water in it.
4.       Divide cake mixture in two parts and put it in baking tray and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
5.       When the cake is baked put it aside to chill. For icing of cake first of all take one saucepan. Add chocolate and cream in it and put it at low gas till it is melted.
6.       Now, put it aside and stir till it becomes soft and thick.
7.       Leave it for 1 or 2 hours to chill.
8.       After that take out the cake slowly from baking plate.
9.       Spread the icing chocolate and put another cake on it. (We have divided cake in two parts)
10.   Now, put the cake on serving plate and decorate it with icing chocolate. Add chocolate chips and chocolate bars to garnish.

Your yummy chocolate cake is ready to serve!
