Paneer and vegetable sandwich



Another recipe to make sandwich is here for you. Here is the recipe to make paneer and vegetable sandwich.

Ingredients:


1.       Bread slices – 2 (50 gram weight)

2.       Paneer – 25 gram

3.       Cucumber – 30 gram

4.       Tomatoes – 30 gram

5.       Capsicum – 20 gram

6.       Butter – 1 tsp.

7.       Salt and black pepper powder to taste

Process to make paneer and vegetable sandwich:

1.       Make mixture of paneer.
2.       Chop cucumber, tomatoes, and capsicum in small pieces.
3.       Add paneer, salt, and black pepper powder in it.
4.       Remove the hard portion of bread slices and put it in wet cloth for few minutes.
5.       Spread butter on both slices and spread filling you have made just now.
6.       Put the other slice on it.
7.       Push very carefully and cut in cross.

Your sandwich is ready to eat. It is easy to make recipe at home.

Note: From paneer and vegetable sandwich you will get around 230 calorie.

High Calorie Grilled Toast



Grilled toast! Yummy… here is the recipe of high calorie grilled toast.

Ingredients:


1.       Whole-wheat bread – 6 slices

2.       Grated cheese – 4 tsp.

3.       Paneer – 6 tsp. (homemade)

4.       Onion – 1

5.       Tomato – 1

6.       Capsicum – 1

7.       Green chilli – 1

8.       Boiled green gram (mung) – 3 tsp.

9.       Salt and black pepper to taste

10.   Chilli sauce – 1 tsp.

11.   Chopped coriander – 2 tsp.

12.   Melted butter – 2 tsp.

13.   Tomato ketchup to serve

Process to make high calorie grilled toast:

1.       Chop onion with small pieces. Do the same for tomato, capsicum, and green chilli.
2.       Heat pan with little butter and put onion. Cook for some time till it becomes slight pink. After that add green gram and paneer in it and mix well.
3.       When this mixture is cold add other vegetables, salt, and black pepper powder. Add chilli sauce and coriander and make filling. Mix well.
4.       Remove the hard portion of bread. Spread the filling we made on three slices of bread. Spread butter on other three slices of bread. Put the butter bread slices on the bread slices with filling. Push it carefully and make sandwich.
5.       Spread butter on both sides of griller or spread butter on nonstick and cook it till it becomes slight golden brown.

Your tasty and yummy high calorie grilled toast is ready to serve. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Make chunky cheese and vegetable sandwich at home



Yummy! I am here with the new recipe of delicious sandwich. You will love this sandwich. Well, sandwiches are the most favorite item for kids and youngsters. Here is the recipe for you!

Ingredients:


1.       Hard bread – 4 pieces

2.       Grated paneer – ¾ cups

3.       Carrot – ¼ cups

4.       Corn pieces – ¼ cups

5.       Red, green, and yellow capsicum – ¼ cups

6.       Boiled pea – ¼ cups

7.       Celery – 2 tbsp.

8.       Grated cheese – 2 tbsp.

9.       Butter – 2 tbsp.

10.   Milk – 2 tbsp.

11.   Salt – as per requirement

12.   Black pepper powder – as per requirement

Method to make this yummy sandwich

1.       Take all the ingredients in pan and mix it till the cheese is melted.
2.       Divide hard bread in two pieces and put the lower part of it aside.
3.       Now with the help of scoop remove the middle portion of bread and spread butter in it.
4.       Then put it in oven for 5 minutes at 200 degree temperature.
5.       After that put the one spoon of chunky cheese vegetable in the middle part of bread and bake it again.
6.       Your sandwich is ready to serve!

Cheese and spring onion sandwich



Everyone loves to eat delicious food and new food items. Today we will learn to make cheese and spring onion sandwich. Sandwiches are always best idea for kids for their lunchbox. Moreover, we can eat it as snacks and enjoy the sandwich filled with cheese and spring onion. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

1.       Cheese - ½ cup
2.       Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
3.       Garlic - 2 tbsp
4.       Bread - 8 slices
5.       Cabbage – 4 leafs
6.       Butter – 2 tbsp
7.       Spring onion – 2 to 3
8.       Salt – as per requirement
9.       Tomato – 1
10.   Sliced celery – 2 tbsp
11.   Black pepper powder – as per requirement

How to make cheese and spring onion sandwich?

-          Gather these ingredients and begin to make sandwich.
-          Spread butter on the bread slice and put cabbage leafs with making layers of tomato.
-          Now, scatter black pepper powder and salt as required.
-          Than prepare a layer of mayonnaise and cheese on it.
-          Put another bread slice on it and your sandwich is ready to serve!

Note: This recipe serves 4 to 5 sandwiches. It takes 15 minutes for making this delicious sandwich!
