Crispy Corn Cutlet

Have you ever tasted corn cutlets? It tastes so delicious and crispy! Yummy! Let’s make it today. Here is the recipe. 

Ingredients: 
 
Fresh corn – 8 to 10 pieces
Boiled potatoes – 4
Pieces of bread – as per requirement
Green chilies – 4
Fresh coriander leaves – as per requirement
Small piece of ginger
Salt to taste
Chili powder – half tsp.
Turmeric powder – Half tsp.
Oil to fry
Corn Flour – 400 gram
Method:

  1. Wash corn with fresh water and crush it.
  2. Mash boiled potatoes and put it aside. Add bread pieces in it and mix well.
  3. Add all ingredients in it. Now add finely chopped coriander leaves, ginger, and chili in it.
  4. After that, give it a round shape.
  5. Take one bowl and add corn flour in it. Now add water in it and make a thick mixture of it.
  6. Add salt and red chili powder in that mixture.
  7. Now heat pan with oil and deep fry round shaped cutlets.
  8. Your delicious and crispy corn cutlet is ready to serve! You can serve it with tomato ketchup and green chutney.

Noodles Cutlet



Another recipe of cutlet! Here is the recipe to make noodles cutlet.

Ingredients:


1.       Noodles – 100 gram

2.       Toast – 7 to 8 pieces

3.       Refined flour – 1 cup

4.       Chopped onion – 1

5.       Chopped green chilies – 2 pieces

6.       Ginger paste – 1 tsp.

7.       Salt to taste

8.       Black pepper powder to taste

Method to make Noodles Cutlet:

1.       Boil noodles. Remove water from it.
2.       Add chopped onion, chopped green chilies, ginger paste, black pepper powder, and salt in refined flour. Mix well.
3.       Now mix this mixture in noodles. Stir it properly so all the ingredients get mixed well.
4.       Grind dry bread slices in mixture. Make a mixture of it.
5.       Give a shape of cutlet and cover the cutlet with bread slices mixture.
6.       Deep fry the cutlets till it becomes golden brown.
7.       Serve it with sauce or green chutney.

The tasty and mouthwatering noodles cutlet is ready to eat!

Sprouts Cutlet



Here is the recipe of another cutlet. Sprouts cutlets!

Ingredients:


1.       White pea – Half cup

2.       Black Chickpeas (kala chana) – Half cup

3.       Rice flour – Half Cup

4.       Green Chickpeas (Hara Chana) – Half cup

5.       Coriander – 2 tsp.

6.       Salt to taste

7.       Red chilli – Half tsp.

8.       Cumin seeds powder – Half tsp.

9.       Oil to fry

Process to make yummy sprouts cutlet

1.       Chop coriander and put it one bowl.
2.       Add white peas, black chickpeas, green chickpeas, and salt. Mix it with the help of potato Masher.
3.       Add red chilli and cumin seed powder in it and mix well. Give it a shape of cutlet.
4.       Spread cutlets in rice flour and put it in nonstick pan to fry. Do not take it out till cutlets become golden brown.
5.       When cutlet is golden brown from both sides then it is ready to serve!

Serve this tasty and mouthwatering sprouts cutlet with tomato sauce.

Cabbage cutlet



Another recipe of cutlet here for you! Well, I just love to make cutlets and it’s my favorite food item.

Ingredients:


1.       Chopped cabbage – 1

2.       Boiled potatoes – 2

3.       Fresh coriander leaves (dhaniya) – 2 tbsp.

4.       Refined flour (mendaa) – 2 tbsp.

5.       Bread crumbs – ½ cup

6.       Oil to fry

7.       Salt as per requirement

8.       Water – ½ cup

Method to make this yummy cabbage cutlet

1.       Add cabbage, boiled potatoes, green chili, coriander leaves, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
2.       Make balls of this mixture and push it to give a proper shape of cutlet.
3.       Add refined flour, salt, and water in another bowl and cover cutlets with that mixture.
4.       Spread bread crumbs on the cutlet you covered with the mixture.
5.       After that add little oil in pan and fry cutlet till it becomes golden brown.
6.       Take it out and serve it hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.

Paneer Cutlet



Another recipe of cutlet is here. Learn to make paneer cutlet. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Paneer – 250 gram

2.       Bread slices – 2

3.       Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp.

4.       Chopped onion – 1

5.       Chopped green chili – 2

6.       Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp.

7.       Chaat masala – 1 tbsp.

8.       Black pepper powder – ½ tbsp.

9.       Chopped mint leaves

10.   Bread crumbs – 1 cup

11.   Refined flour – 2 tbsp.

12.   Salt as per requirement

13.   Oil – 3 tbsp.

14.   Water – 1 cup

How to make Paneer Cutlet?

1.       Put bread slices in water and take it out immediately. Remove water from bread slices.
2.       Add paneer, wet bread slices, ginger-garlic paste, onion, green chili, turmeric powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, salt, and mint leaves in one bowl and mix well.
3.       Now divide this mixture in 2 or 3 small bowls and give it a shape of cutlet.
4.       Then add water and salt in refined flour as per requirement and make a thin mixture of it.
5.       Spread bread crumbs in a plate and put cutlets on it. So the bread crumbs will stick to cutlets.
6.       Take pan and add oil in it. Fry cutlets till it becomes reddish and crispy.

Serve hot cutlets with chutney.
