Bundi and Pomegranate Raita



Have you ever tasted raita made of Bundi and pomegranate? No? Then you must try this out to have some change! Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Bundi – ¾ cup
  2. Pomegranate – ¾ cup
  3. Curd (yogurt) – 1 ½ cup
  4. Cumin powder to taste
  5. Red chili powder to taste
  6. Salt to taste
Method:

  1. Add salt in curd and mix it well.
  2. Then add Bundi and pomegranate in it.
  3. Put the raita in fridge and add cumin powder and red chili powder at the time you serve.
  4. You can also add fresh leaves of coriander to make it tastier.

Banana raita



Have you ever tasted raita made of banana? It tastes so yummy! Want to make it today? Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Bananas – 2
  2. Curd – 2 cup
  3. Sugar – 2 tsp.
  4. Green chili paste – 1 tsp.
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chopped coriander for garnishing
Method:

  1. Mix curd in a bowl.
  2. Chop bananas in round shape.
  3. Now add sugar, salt, and green chili paste in curd. Mix well.
  4. Then add chopped banana pieces in it. Mix well and put it in fridge.
  5. Take it out after sometime and garnish it with coriander leaves.

Jamun (Indian Black Plum) Raita



I have tasted all other recipes of raita but this is something different! I have never heard about jamun raita. Jamun is an Indian black plum. Here is the recipe to make Jamun Raita.

Ingredients:


1.       Chopped Jamun (Indian Black Plum) – ½ cup

2.       Curd – 1 cup

3.       Cumin seeds powder – ½ tsp.

4.       Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp.

5.       Salt to taste

Method:

1.       Gather all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2.       Out it fridge for 1 hour.
3.       Take it out after 1 hour and garnish your raita with coriander leaves.

Aaloo (Potato) Raita

Ingredients:


1.       Curd – 1 cup

2.       Boiled potatoes – 2

3.       Green chilli – 1

4.       Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp.

Method:

1.       Prepare a smooth paste of curd and add salt, red chilli, green chilli, and cumin powder in it. Don’t forget to mix it well!

Tomato onion raita

Ingredients:


1.       Curd – 2 cup

2.       Chopped tomatoes – ½ cup

3.       Chopped onion – ½ cup

4.       Ginger – 1 tsp.

5.       Salt to taste

6.       Sugar – little

7.       Oil – 2 tsp.

8.       Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp.

9.       Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp.

10.   Green chilli – 1 piece

Process to make tomato and onion raita:

2.       Heat pan with oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and green chilli. Stir for 1 minute.

Capsicum raita

Ingredients:


1.       Curd – 2 cup

2.       Capsicum – ½ cup

3.       Mustard seeds: small (Rai) – ½ tsp.

4.       Cumin seeds – ½ tsp.

5.       Salt to taste

6.       Red chilli – 2 pieces

7.       Sugar – ½ tsp.

8.       Oil – 2 tsp.

Process to make capsicum raita:

1.       Add mustard seeds (small) and red chilli in nonstick pan. Stir for some time.
2.       Add chopped capsicum in it and mix well.
3.       Mix curd well and then add sugar and salt in it. Add this mixture in fried capsicum. Mix it well.
4.       Put it in fridge for some time and take out after some time to serve!

Your capsicum raita is ready to serve!
