Sweet Corn Roti

Have you ever tasted sweet corn roti? It’s mouthwatering! The taste of sweet corn with roti is a great combination! What do you say? Let’s make delicious Indian recipe sweet corn roti together. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:
  1. Refined flour – 2 cup
  2. Sweet corn – 2 cup
  3. Finely chopped onion – 1
  4. Slices of potato – 1 (potato)
  5. Coriander leaves – 1 tsp.
  6. Chilli powder – 1 tsp.
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water as per requirement
Method:
  1. To make stuffing, heat pan with oil and add potato slices and chopped onion in it.
  2. When onion is slight pink, add sweet corn, chilli powder, coriander leaves, and salt in it.
  3. Cook the stuffing for 15 minutes and then put it aside.
  4. Add water in refined flour and prepare mixture (Lot or Aata). Now give it a round shape and add 1 tsp. stuffing in roti. Seal it like a sandwich.
  5. Now heat pan with oil and then cook roti till it becomes slight red.

The delicious Pasta paratha



Have you ever heard that you can eat parathas with pasta? Yes, it is possible. Today I have a new and different recipe to make the tasty parathas and eat it with pasta. How you will make it? Let’s have a look at the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Wheat flour – 1 bowl

2.       Oil – 1 tbsp.

3.       Salt – as per requirement

4.       Boiled spaghetti – 1 bowl

5.       Boiled potatoes -  2

6.       Chopped onion (small pieces) – 1

7.       Chopped green chilies – 1tbsp.

8.       Chopped coriander (Dhaniya) – 1 tbsp.

9.       Thick white sauce – 1 tbsp.

10.   Grated cheese – 1 tbsp.

11.   Oil to fry and butter to serve

How you will make this tasty dish?

1.       Prepare the mixture of wheat flour adding salt and oil in it.
2.       Let the boiled spaghetti be dried and make small pieces of it. Remove the peel of potatoes and make small pieces of it too.
3.       Take a nonstick pan and let the onion be fried till it becomes pinkish. After sometime add pieces of potatoes, spaghetti, salt, white sauce, green chilies, cheese, and coriander. Mix it well and prepare a filling.
4.       Now make two thin parathas and put filling on it you have made just now. Then put your finger in water and touch the sides of paratha. Put the second paratha on it and join the both of them properly.
5.       Out the paratha on the pan and fry it from both the sides. Moreover, you can also fry it in oil and do it till becomes little pinkish.
6.       Now, your delicious pasta paratha is ready to serve! Eat it with butter.
