Cheesy kabab




Cheesy items are the most favorite for majority people. Here is the recipe of cheesy kabab…!

Ingredients:


1.       Grated cheese – ¼ cup

2.       Chopped onion – ½ cup

3.       Green chilies – 1

4.       Chopped coriander (Kothmir or dhaniya) – 1 tbsp.

5.       Cumin powder (jeera) – ¼ tbsp.

6.       Red chili – ¼ tbsp.

7.       White bread slice – 12

8.       Oil –  to fry

 
How to make this cheesy dish?

1.       Add grated cheese, red chili, chopped coriander (kothmir or dhaniya), cumin powder (jeera), and green chili in bowl. Mix it well.
2.       Now remove the sides of bread and dip it in water. Now press it with your hands so the water will come out. Add the mixture of cheese in it and make kabab.
3.       Take one pan and add little oil in it then add kabab. Fry kabab till it becomes golden brown.
4.       When the kabab is golden brown take it out and put it in plate. Your cheesy kabab is ready to serve!

Serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
