Corn bread tikki



Here is the recipe to make tasty corn bread tikki.

Ingredients:


1.       Boiled corn – 2 cup

2.       Bread crumbs – 1 ½ cup

3.       Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp.

4.       Green chilly – 3 pieces

5.       Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp.

6.       Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp.

7.       Chaat masala – 1 tbsp.

8.       Crushed mint leaves (fudina) – 1 tbsp.

9.       Salt as per requirement

10.   Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.

11.   Corn flour – 1 tbsp.

12.   Processed cheese cubes – 100 gram

13.   Spring onion for garnishing

14.   Red capsicum for garnishing

15.   Mint leaves for garnishing

16.   Yellow capsicum for garnishing

How to make corn bread tikki?

1.       Add little oil in pan and add green chilly, corn, and ginger-garlic bread in it. Stir it for 2 to 3 minutes.
2.       Now add turmeric powder, chaat masala, salt, and mint leaves in it and stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
3.       Then put it in mixture and grind it for very short time and again put it in pan. Stir it for 2 to 3 minutes and then add bread crumbs in it and mix it well.
4.       Put this mixture in a bowl and add lemon juice and corn flour in it. Make small pieces of it and add cheese cubes in it and then make tikki.
5.       Put the remaining oil in pan and fry tikkis in it till becomes golden brown. Put it in serving dish and garnish it with mint leaves, spring onion, and red & yellow capsicums.

Your yummy corn bread tikki is ready to serve!
