Delicious Mix Vegetable Chaat



Chaat is Indian food dish and people love to eat different chaat. Here is the recipe to make vegetable chaat.

Ingredients:

1.       Potatoes – 2
2.       Cabbage – 1
3.       Cauliflower – 250 gram
4.       Tomatoes – 2
5.       Chick peas : white (Kabuli chana) – 1 cup
6.       Salt and red chili as per requirement
7.       Green chili – 5 to 6 pieces
8.       Few coriander leaves
9.       Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.

How to make this yummy chaat?

1.       Boil potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, and chick peas (Kabuli chana).
2.       Chop tomatoes in small pieces.
3.       Make paste of green chili and coriander leaves.
4.       Now put little oil in a pan and add tomatoes in it. After that add all vegetables in it and mix properly. Add salt and red chili powder and mix it well.
5.       Then add lemon juice and coriander chutney in it and mix well.
6.       Your yummy mix vegetable chaat is ready to serve!
