Baingan (brinjal) ka raita



Another Indian food recipe is here for you. The recipe of healthy baingan (brinjal) ka raita!

Ingredients:


1.       Curd – 250 gram

2.       Baingan (brinjals) – 2

3.       Oil – 1 tsp.

4.       Salt to taste

5.       Black pepper powder – ½ tsp.

6.       Roasted cumin seed powder – ½ tsp.

Process to make baingan (Brinjal) ka raita:

1.       Mix curd properly in bowl.
2.       Spread little oil on baingan and with the help of knife switch on gas and roast it.
3.       After sometime remove peel of baingan (brinjal) and crush it.
4.       Now add baingan (brinjal) in curd. Then add salt, black pepper powder, and roasted cumin seeds in it. Mix well. Put it in fridge and serve after some time.
