Spicy Pumpkin with Coconut



Try making delicious spicy pumpkin with coconut at your home and enjoy eating with your family. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:


1.       Chopped pumpkin – 500 gram

2.       Chopped slices – 3 pieces

3.       Oil – 4 tbsp.

4.       Garlic cloves – 1 tbsp.

5.       Chopped red chili – 3 chilies

6.       Salt to taste

7.       Crushed black pepper powder – 1 tsp.

8.       Bay leaf powder – half tsp.

9.       Grated coconut – ¼ cup

10.   Chopped tomatoes – 3 tomatoes

Method to make spicy pumpkin with coconut:

1.       Heat pan with oil and add onion. Cook it for some time.
2.       Add pumpkin pieces, garlic, salt, black pepper powder, bay leaf powder, red chili, grated coconut, tomatoes, and some water in it. Cover pan and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
3.       When all the ingredients are mixed properly and pumpkin is soft then it is ready to serve!
