Stuffed Corn Paratha



The tasty and delicious Stuffed Corn Paratha recipe is here for you!

Ingredients:

1.       Wheat flour – 1 cup
2.       Boiled corn – 1 cup
3.       Chopped onion (small pieces) – 1 cup
4.       Salt to taste
5.       Asafetida to taste
6.       Cumin seeds powder – 1 tsp.
7.       Oil as per requirement

Method to make Stuffed Corn Paratha:

1.       Crush corn pieces and heat pan with oil. Add cumin powder and asafetida in it.
2.       Now add chopped onion, salt, and other spices if you want to add.
3.       Prepare wheat flour by adding salt, oil, and water in it. Put it aside for half hour.
4.       After half hour make round small pieces of wheat flour.
5.       Now add the mixture of corn in the middle and make Paratha.
6.       Heat pan with oil or butter and make Paratha.
7.       Fresh coriander chutney or tomato ketchup is best to eat with this yummy stuffed corn Paratha.
