Vegetable Nuggets



Want to make some delicious food item for you kids? Here is the recipe to make vegetable nuggets that your kids will love to eat for sure.

Ingredients:


1.       Potatoes – 200 gram

2.       Chopped Carrot (small pieces) – 1 cup

3.       Chopped Cabbage – 1 cup

4.       Chopped Capsicum (small pieces) – 2 pieces

5.       Chopped Cauliflower – ½ cup

6.       Chopped green chilies (small pieces) – 2 chilies

7.       Ginger – 1 inch

8.       Red chili powder – 1 tsp.

9.       Refined flour or corn starch – 2 tbsp.

10.   Roasted peanuts (or groundnut) – 2 tbsp.

11.   Breadcrumbs – ½ cup

12.   Oil for deep frying
 
Method to make tasty vegetable nuggets:

1.       Boil potatoes and crush it after it is boiled.
2.       Crush roasted peanuts.
3.       Gather all the chopped vegetables and peanut in one bowl.
4.       Add green chili, ginger, red chili, and salt in it. Mix well.
5.       Now mix this ingredients mixture with potato mixture. Make small nuggets.
6.       Now make mixture of refined flour or corn starch by adding water in it.
7.       Now put nuggets in that mixture. (refined flour or corn starch mixture)
8.       Then put it in breadcrumbs and mix well so it will be coated with breadcrumbs.
9.       After this put nuggets in fridge for 20 to 30 minutes.
10.   Prepare pan with oil for deep frying. Fry nuggets till it becomes golden brown.
11.   Put the nuggets in paper napkin so extra oil will be absorbed.
12.   Your tasty and crispy vegetable nuggets are ready to serve!

You can eat these vegetable nuggets with coriander chutney or ketchup sauce. Enjoy eating these mouthwatering vegetable nuggets at home.

Note: You can add more vegetables which you like. Moreover, you can try onion and garlic as well. It will be tastier!
