Almond Soup



Recipe of almond soup is here for you! Change your taste and stay healthy!

Ingredients:


1.       Almonds – 15 to 20

2.       White stalk – 4 cup

3.       Butter – 2 tsp.

4.       Refined flour – 1 tbsp.

5.       Hot milk – ¾ cup

6.       Almond essence – 3 to 4 drops

7.       Salt to taste

8.       Fresh cream – 3 tbsp.

Method:

1.       Add 8 to 10 almonds in hot water and leave it till 10 minutes. Then blend it in blender.
2.       Chop remaining almonds and put it in oven till it is baked.
3.       To make white stalk add 2 cup chopped vegetables (potatoes, onion, pumpkin, and cabbage) in 5 cup water and mix well. Put this in cooker. Boil and then blend it.
4.       Now add this white stalk in almond paste and put it aside.
5.       Heat pan with butter and add refined flour in it. Cook for 5 minutes.
6.       Then add almond paste and white stalk in it. Boil it.
7.       Now add milk, almond essence, salt, and black pepper powder in it.
8.       Garnish soup with fresh cream and chopped almonds.

The yummy almond soup is ready to serve!
