Corn Pudding

Want to eat something tasty? Here is the recipe to make corn pudding.

Ingredients:
 
1.       Sweet corn - 1 tin
2.       Spring Onion - 3 to 4
3.       Butter - 2 tbsp.
4.       Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
5.       Refined Flour - 2 tsp.
6.       Milk - 1 cup
7.       Salt to taste
8.       Black pepper powder to taste

Method:

1.       Pre-heat oven at 180 degree.
2.       Heat non-stick pan with butter and ghee. Add refined flour and cook for some time.
3.       Now add milk and green onion and cook till the mixture becomes thick.
4.       Transfer this sauce in bowl and add sweet corn and salt. Mix well.
5.       Spread this mixture in baking dish and don’t forget to spread butter on baking dish. Add some sweet corn and bake for 30 minutes.
6.       When pudding is baked make pieces of it and serve.

It’s ready to serve!
