Pear Jam





Here is the recipe to make delicious pear jam at home.

Ingredients:


1.       Pear – half kg.

2.       Water – 2 cup

3.       Sugar – 2 cup

4.       Citric acid – ½ tsp.

Method:

1.       Remove the peel of pear and chop it in small pieces.
2.       Put it in salted water.
3.       After that boil it in 2 cup water.
4.       Make mixture of pear and add sugar and citric acid in it. Cook it till ingredients are not mixed well.
5.       When the jam is chilled pack it in airtight jar.

Few simple steps and your pear jam is ready to eat at home!
