Make tasty bread paneer and paalak (spinach) rolls

Ingredients:


1.       Breads – 8

2.       Paneer – 1 cup

3.       Paalak (Spinach) – 1 cup

4.       Oil – as per requirement

5.       Green chili – 2 pieces

6.       Cumin (Jeera) – 1 tbsp.

7.       Ginger (Aadu) – 1 piece

8.       Cheese – 3 tbsp.

9.       Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.

10.   Coriander leaf – for garnishing

11.   Corn flour – mixing

How to make this tasty and flavorsome dish?

1.       Take nonstick pan and put oil on it. Add cumin (Jeera) and ginger & chili paste on it. Mix it well for some time.
2.       Now add paalak (spinach) and salt and leave it for 3 to 4 minutes.
3.       Then add paneer, cheese, and lemon juice in it.
4.       Now take bread and put in in water and press slightly. After that add the mixture of nonstick on it and make a roll.
5.       Make a preparation to fry it in oil till it becomes brown red.
6.       Garnish it with coriander leafs.
7.       Your bread paneer and paalak (spinach) rolls are ready to serve with ketchup or green chutney.
