Makai (Corn) ka bharta

Ingredients:


1.       Corn – 1 kg.

2.       Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp.

3.       Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp.

4.       Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp.

5.       Oil – 2 tbsp.

6.       Chopped tomatoes – 3 tomatoes

7.       Garam masala – ½ tbsp.

8.       Chopped onion – 3 onions

9.       Green chilli – 6 to 7 pieces

10.   Salt to taste

Process to make makai (corn) ka bharta:

1.       Boil corn and crush it.
2.       Heat pan with oil and add cumin seeds & chopped onion.
3.       Add green chilli, turmeric powder, chopped coriander, salt, and garam masala. Mix it well.
4.       When all ingredients are mixed properly then add tomatoes, crushed corn, and little water. Cook for 10 minutes.
5.       Garnish ‘makai (Corn) ka bharta’ with coriander leaves.
